The meaning behind the name
Oak tree’s represent strength, stability, endurance, justice, and honesty. Stones represent history and memories.
We all have lived experiences that have required us to be strong and persevere even when it feels unmanageable. This shows the strength and resiliency you have that has helped get you to where you are today. We all have a story to tell. I want to hear your story and support you as you heal and grow into your best self.
What we offer
I work from an attachment-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed perspective. This means that we work together to understand your patterns, get to the root (the why) of your challenges and create long-lasting, impactful changes to improve your relationships, connections, and overall well-being.
How we can support
Safety – A warm and welcoming environment where you can be open and honest and know that there is no judgement. Your trust, care, and empowerment are the most important part of therapy.
Individualized care – Each person has a unique story and needs. I tailor my therapeutic approach to your specific needs.
Ground Theories – I work from many different research based theoretical approaches and bring parts of all of these theories to support you in the best way possible.
Come as you are
Asking for help can be very difficult. It requires courage and strength, not perfection. All that I ask is that you be open to the possibilities of healing and changing. I know that counselling can be hard work, and I will be there beside you the entire way.

What can you expect from therapy?
Connection
My goal as a therapist is to help end the loneliness that so many people feel on a regular basis. You are not alone. Let me walk through this with you.
Hold Space
I consider it a privilege to sit with someone while they share their hopes, fears, and challenges. To create a safe space to help them diminish pain and learn news ways to cope .
Growth
I love to walk with people as they heal and grow into fuller versions of themselves and their relationships through increased joy and new perspectives.
